2009 started off with snow in Bellingham.  PJ tried on her new snow boots and could barely walk in them. She hasn't spent much time in hard soled shoes and found it a little tricky. Other January high-lights include playing with balloons from the WYPs Advisory Council retreat and the Little People Barn that uncle Justin and Aunt Andi bought PJ for Christmas.
